司会 MC: Let’s all give the Short Comedy Club a big hand! Next up is the Quiz Club’s event “Quiz Billionaire”. It’ll take them a few minutes before they’re set up, so...

Despite the many failures in practice, the baton exchange went off without a hitch, exciting the crowd. It almost felt as if they were going to start throwing money at the stage.

Looking at the lively faces of Haruhi and the Baton Club members, and the adorable Asahina-san’s actions. It was almost like having a background comedy act.

• The Short Comedy Club is the "Short Conte" Club in Japanese, "conte" being French (and Japanese) for "skit". Hence why they are the "Conte Club" in their character names. Also, the skit was just as terrible in the original Japanese as my translation. (If you don't get it, read "something “Sure!” to them?" as "something short then?")
• Not really important at all, but the Japanese name of this scene was literally "GO!", in plain English alphabet letters.
