So, once again we've gotten to the end of the second day. And also the end of my currently stockpiled material. Need to figure out what paths I need to take to progress further and get back to translating more stuff...

キョン Kyon: Did you see?
朝比奈さん Asahina-san: Yes. I'd like to thank you again on behalf of myself this time.
キョン Kyon: No need for that, Haruhi, Koizumi and Tsuruya-san are the ones you should be thanking.
朝比奈さん Asahina-san: But if you hadn't set things in motion... Besides, I can't exactly approach any of them directly.

I pulled out the shikishi from earlier and played a level up fanfare in my mind as Asahina-san's smile spread to her whole face.

朝比奈さん Asahina-san: Wow, she's way better than I am... Fufuh, although I guess I'm still kind of praising myself...
And then Asahina-san held the shikishi on her palm and closed her eyes. After a few moments she opened her eyes and took a deep breath before speaking.

朝比奈さん Asahina-san: This is unmistakably a dimensional bookmarker, but...
キョン Kyon: What is it?

朝比奈さん Asahina-san: ... I'm afraid this dimensional bookmarker is incomplete. It's only... let's say about 50% complete.
キョン Kyon: 50%... Eeh? Does that mean I need to get another one?

朝比奈さん Asahina-san: It's kind of like a signature for calligraphers. You place it next to your name, or in some cases instead of your name, surely you've seen one before?
キョン Kyon: Nope, I know jack about calligraphy. Anyway, basically I just need one of these rackan seals, right?
朝比奈さん Asahina-san: Yeah, probably.
キョン Kyon: Well, I'll quickly go ask her for one. She could still be on school grounds at this point.

朝比奈さん Asahina-san: Ah, wait... Unfortunately the data readings from here on show no further potential for dimensional bookmarkers.
キョン Kyon: ... What?
