After Dead End we went back to the dawn of the first day and relived these three scenes again, but as they were identical to our second time around, I'm not reposting them.
空手部部員 Karate Club Member: Sei!
On stage one of the crew cut members of the karate club split right through a pillar of ice with an axe kick. How can his heel withstand such force?
Putting that aside...
Just as always Asahina-san was here preparing for the Calligraphy Club’s event.
However, I know it’ll be called off by the rain. And I’m the only one who can do anything about it.
Right, only I can... But unfortunately, I don’t have any alternate solutions.
Simply saying “It’s going to rain” won’t do anything. But I don’t feel like I can sit and do nothing either.
The sky is currently that of a pleasant autumn day. I wonder where those rain clouds are even coming from... I’d like to file a complaint with the weather.
キョン Kyon: ...
Fine, I’ll tell her. If I do nothing, it’ll change nothing.
みくる Mikuru: ... Yes?
キョン Kyon: Well, you see, it’s going to rain this afternoon...
みくる Mikuru: ... It is?
キョン Kyon: Yes, I’m sure of it.
みくる Mikuru: That’s a problem... What should I do?
Well that’s a relief. She’s heard me out. But that’s not enough. What should she do... What should I do?
キョン Kyon: Could you move the event somewhere else? Somewhere indoors.
みくる Mikuru: ... It’s impossible to find another place on such short notice.
Asahina-san’s expression suddenly became downcast. Seeing her face like that only makes me feel worse for her.

キョン Kyon: I got it, this’ll help us!
みくる Mikuru: What can we do with a business card?
キョン Kyon: Ah, not the card itself... But it’s for someone on the festival committee we can talk to. We might be able to get a resolution from her.
みくる Mikuru: ... Really?
キョン Kyon: Of course. Let’s go!
みくる Mikuru: Eh, wait, let me tell the others first!
Asahina-san ran over to the other members of the Calligraphy Club in a fluster.
The ball is finally rolling. I may get something done this time. No, I will get something done.
I told myself this as I waited for Asahina-san to return.
