It's... maybe a little late in the game to go putting up the opening video now, but better late than never? I've also got subtitles with my own translated lyrics for Bouken Desho Desho?

I'm considering moving the play through over to a video format instead of the text/screenshots/audio combo I've got going on. Anyone got any thoughts on this? Feel free to drop them in the comments.

So, I picked up Yo-Kai Watch on the weekend and I'm loving it. I'd say even significantly more so than recent Pokémon games. ... Although I forgot that Yowamushi Pedal: The Movie was on at the cinema this weekend only and forgot to go see it... Obviously I was inspirited by a Wazzat. Probably.

Work is still insanely busier than usual. Hopefully we'll be able to get enough new staff to alleviate the burden soon...? Anyway, that's irrelevant to this. Enjoy new Suzumiya Haruhi no Tsuisou!

Oh, also, the Yuki-chan OVA is apparently out. I haven't watched it as of yet, but I have the special edition of volume 9 of the manga which includes the OVA on its way to me in the mail, so once I have it and watch it, I'll provide my thoughts like I did back during the broadcast.

Have you ever felt like the universe itself was conspiring against you? Because I'm pretty sure it was conspiring against me making this update.

First off, I was recording the audio for this update (when recording the audio, I put the game on autoscroll but I like to focus on what's going on so I can skip any unvoiced inner monologue to prevent dead air) and my mother barged into the room with a half peeled banana telling me I should eat more fruit, as I did my best to wave her off and tell her I was in the middle of something that required proper attention, she fumbled the banana and dropped it on my keyboard. I was fine to leave the banana there until the recording was complete, however my mum picked it up and handed it to me providing further distraction. (As such, you'll hear some silence matching up with Kyon's inner monologues in between some lines towards the end of this update's audio as I'm not wasting another 8 minutes redoing it.)

Then Imgur had issues, meaning it was damn near impossible for me to upload the images properly. And the exact moment I actually got onto Imgur, the batteries in my mouse died. I searched the house for batteries and found a heap of AA batteries and only one AAA battery. My mouse requires 2 AAAs. As such, I had to leave the house and walk up the local mall so I could buy a packet of new batteries and come back home. My initial attempts to upload the audio and the images both fail and Imgur continues to be a pain in the ass. This has taken a lot more effort than anything that I've had pre-translated for over a month really should...

And here is an update. There's two audio tracks because the scene is basically the same as the first one at the start with the phone conversation with Tsuruya-san tacked on the end. I'll be going on vacation for a week soon, so my next update may be slightly delayed. (Also the reason this is a little earlier in the week than normal.)

Reaching the end of our 48 hour period means going back to the start again, which means waking up, going to school, listening to Asakura sulk about how our exhibit sucks, talking to Mikuru and going to the festival committee again.

I seem to be having some technical difficulties with recording the audio off my PSP right now, so I'll just say that this is the same as the second time around upto the decision and same as the first time round after the decision. As such I've linked both recordings below. (I had audio issues the first time I did this scene too, what's up with that?) Maybe I'll change it later. Maybe.

Update: Aaaand, I changed it. Got the PSP audio recording working again.

In the last "revisited" scene, I went out of my way to reupload the images to Imgur instead of Tinypic. ... This time, I've just got the Tinypic images because changing the URLs takes extra time and I'm lazy. Actual all new content will continue to have images on Imgur instead though. I don't have a whole lot else to say about this update. Still got a huge backlog of pre-translated stuff I'm sitting on. (Audio and screencaps are pending for a chunk of that stuff though, because those are the least fun parts of this project.) It's pretty late right now as I'm writing this, so I'm going to go to sleep now.
